Store Pick-Up

You can shop online, and pick up your order from Merc Boutique in The Colony.

Store pick-up orders will be held for 6 months from the order date. If the order has not been picked up in that time frame, the items will be donated on the customer's behalf. 

Incorrect Shipping Method & Incorrect Address    Merc Boutique is not responsible for a customer selecting the incorrect shipping method at checkout or entering the incorrect shipping address. Please make sure all information is correct before submitting your order at mercboutique.com.

Example: Customer chooses Store Pick-Up instead of Shipping.

In the event that a customer accidentally selects the "Store Pick-Up" option instead of "Shipping", Merc Boutique must receive payment for shipping (if applicable) before mailing the order. The customer is responsible for contacting us to make payment for the shipping charge.

There are two simple ways to make payment:

  • Call our team at (469) 556-7186 to make payment over the phone.
  • We can email you an invoice and you can pay online

If the customer fails to contact Merc Boutique to provide the correct shipping method or resolve the issue after 7 days from the time the order was placed, Merc Boutique has the right to cancel the order and refund the original form of payment.

Lost Packages

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address by mistake of the delivery courier, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace the items, then we will refund your order as well as any shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund.
